VENUE RENTAL AND OTHER EVENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHILIPPINE TOURISM PRODUCT PRESENTATION IN CHENGDU

TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. BACKGROUND
A. PDOT Beijing will be organizing the “Philippine Tourism Product Presentation” on May 26, 2023 in Chengdu, China
B. The program will include presentations, speeches, coffee break and Philippine experience corner

II. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES
A. To continue support to Chinese agents on their Philippine destinations marketing
B. To educate and update the Chinese agents on Philippine destinations resources and offerings
C. To enable the Chinese agents to better cater to potential travelers to the Philippines

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS
A. Must be a registered and licensed/accredited restaurant/hotel/exhibition center/venue in Chengdu
B. Must be able to provide services on the event date
C. Must be flexible on payment terms

IV. SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES

A. Provide a venue of at least 600 square meters.
B. Provide the following event requirements:
1. LED screen
2. Stage
3. Basic sound system
4. Refreshments for at least 200 pax

V. BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

RMB 70,000.00

NOTE: The winning bid however, shall be determined based on the proposal with the most advantageous financial package cost, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget.
